Product Description

For public health and healthcare workers who use prefilled syringes, we have invented a compact prefilled syringe that reduces the packaging volume by up to 40% when compared to current prefilled syringe options. Standard prefilled syringes come with the plunger fully extended to accommodate the dose of medication.

Our design achieves a smaller packaging footprint by storing the plunger on the side of the device until it is ready for use. To use the syringe, the clinician removes the plunger from the side of the device and installs the plunger into the syringe body using a patented locking mechanism.

Our space-saving design reduces supply chain costs by approximately 35%, reduces secondary packaging and the carbon footprint of each product, and makes it easier for everyone along the supply chain to ship, store, and distribute.
