Product Brief 
The RFID micro tag can be fit on or embedded into any metal/non-metal objects, such as rigid needle shield, and rubber plunger. 
This product can be used globally with high performance and reliability. 

Why is RFID necessary for Pre-filled syringes?
Embedding RFID tag enables 100% item level traceability from filling process in the factory to usage in the market.
This is one of the solution to meet a compliance such as 21 CFR 610.14 – identification of batch and material number in manufacturing before labeling.

Improvement of efficiency and accuracy in identification
The high performance of the ultra small RFID tag will improve the production quality level.

Filling process
　Continuous reading/writing speed :
　　More than 400 units/min.
　　(Possible to detect each ID and write unique data)

In/Out inspection process
　Multiple (bulk) reading/writing
　　More than 160units by one reading.
