HACK® stack molds combine maximum output with the smallest possible machine size and the shortest cycle times.

We achieve this through uncompromising quality and, as with all HACK® molds, the interchangeability of components or groups of components.

We are aware of the design-related limitations of stack molds and attach great importance to the shortest set-up and maintenance times.

Clever concepts for the exchange of individual components, different types of stack drive mechanisms, low-wear centering and much more guarantee customers tailor-made stack molds for high-end use.

A special type of stack mold is stack-turning technology. A special injection molding machine is used for this.

The middle part of the stack is rotatable and allows one-sided injection molded 2K applications to be realized with maximum output.

The displaceable and rotatable table of the injection molding machine is used to supply medium to the central part.
