This product can be used as part of a 20-day treatment regimen for the following indications: - hemorrhoidal disease involving internal and external hemorrhoids, accompanied by acute or chronic inflammation, pain, or itching - anal inflammation - cryptitis, anal fissures, and anal cracks - in perianal fistulas - in cases of mild postoperative changes in the anus and rectum, to facilitate the natural healing and regeneration process - to alleviate postoperative pain and accelerate wound healing after open hemorrhoidectomy, i.e., surgery to remove hemorrhoids -after rectal chemoradiotherapy, after prostate radiation therapy, and after cervical cancer radiation therapy, when the primary concern is late-onset radiation proctitis—a clinical condition manifested by various objective and subjective symptoms, ranging from diarrhea to rectal fistulas (i.e., inflammation and mucosal defects); also for the treatment of rectal bleeding associated with chronic radiation proctitis, with a predisposition toward frequent bowel movements and delayed rectal pain (consultation with a physician is recommended) -as a preventive measure during chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a combination of both therapies, to alleviate and reduce the symptoms of radiation-induced proctitis -in cases of anal and rectal irritation in men undergoing transrectal prostate biopsy -in cases of anal irritation caused by environmental factors (underwear, hygiene products, and others) -in cases of anal and rectal irritation following anal intercourse -in cases of chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate gland), benign prostatic hyperplasia and interstitial cystitis, as well as pain in the bladder (e.g., in interstitial cystitis) and in the sacrum, coccyx, and anus/rectum —for symptoms of prostatitis such as pain in the perineal region, primarily around the anus.
