Sustainable Blister Packaging

Baoli has brought with us our newly developed eco-friendly material: flexible packaging made from a single type of polymer (such as all-polyethylene PE, all-polypropylene PP, or all-PET). This packaging is "designed for recycling," aiming to address the challenges associated with recycling traditional multi-layer laminated packaging. It ensures that after use, the packaging can enter the existing plastic recycling system as a whole, without the need for complex separation, and be efficiently sorted, cleaned, and reprocessed. This is not merely a choice of material but a fundamental shift in design philosophy—moving from the pursuit of extreme performance to balancing performance with environmental sustainability.
