Transfer System Tester

The Transfer System Tester can be used for leak testing of transfer systems of all sizes. Thanks to its flexibly adaptable sealing unit, it can be adjusted not only to beta container but also to alpha ports and other transfer systems. Within just a few minutes, even the smallest leaks are detected using a pressure decay test. The parameters required for measurement are individually determined and configured in our lab for each Transfer System Tester. The intuitive control interface enables easy operation. The display shows all relevant information, such as the current measurement status and pressure. Once the test is complete, the result is displayed. The Transfer System Tester is also available with integrated Wi-Fi and optional RFID detection for software-supported testing of transfer systems. This allows full utilization of the GITS®4 software developed by MK Versuchsanlagen specifically for Wi-Fi-based testing procedures for transfer system leak testing. This includes the management of recipe parameters and users, creation of PDF test reports, and identification via RFID. Additionally, integration into life-cycle tracking via the GLCS® software is possible.
