Product Description

Type: Drug Pharmaceutical form: Capsules Package: 15 capsules Active principle: One soft capsule contains 30mg of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (Dextromethorphani hydrobromidum). Indications: Short-term in the symptomatic treatment of acute, dry cough, not related to the retention of secretions in the airways. Contraindications:   Hypersensitivity to Dextromethorphan or any of the other ingredients of the product. Asthma. Severe hepatic impairment. Respiratory failure or the risk of its occurrence.  Product should not be used in patients with chronic cough, emphysema, chronic bronchitis.  Dextromethorphan should not be taken during treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or within 14 days after completion of treatment with such drugs.
