Vortioxetine,508233-74-7,C18H22N2S,伏硫西汀,沃替西汀 Vortioxetine is used in the treatment of major depression (MDD). Vortioxetine mainly exerts antidepressant effects by increasing the concentration of serotonin (5-HT) in the central nervous system (CNS). Compared with other selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitors (SSRIS) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIS), vortioxetine has little effect on norepinephrine and dopaminergic neurons.
