VS 100 equipment is a Semi‐automatic Inspection system designed to aid
a human operator in the visual inspection of vials, ampoules, bottles,
cartridges and prefilled syringes for particulate matters and cosmetic defects
detection.
The
equipment consists of a rigid frame structure of rectangular stainless-steel
tubes. All product contact parts are FDA acceptable non oxidizing materials.
All moving parts can easily be cleaned and dismantled for maintenance or line
clearance. Ergonomic design and glare free presentation allow highly efficient
inspection. Safety regulations like GMP recommendations are met.
