We provide both internal and external project managers with plenty of experience who will follow the project and its development at every stage, from Technology transfer to compliance with the agreed KPIs. These figures guarantee a smooth and fast start-up, facilitate communication between the various Business Units and optimize the workflows between Falorni and its partners. If the project requires specific know-how, Falorni can independently (or in collaboration with the client) select a project manager who will temporarily manage the most critical phases of the project.
