    Nissha has developed a new injection molding technology using pulp instead of plastics.

    Pulp-injection products have similar features and functions as injection molded plastic parts.

    Pulp products can be recycled in paper waste. This answers the big demand to reduce plastics.

     
    So far we have produced trays for self-injection devices, e.g. Tremfya/SelfDose.

    Now, we can produce components, e.g. caps, of self-injection pens.

    Mass production is in Central Germany.
     

    Nissha pulp-injection components are nominated for the packaging innovation award
    and shown in the Innovation Gallery at Pharmapack.
