Product Description

RSA provides sterilization process to enables the inactivation of microorganism through  the action of moisture heat, pressure and vacuum.
Designed for processing metal parts, plastic and rubber components, liquids in sealed or vented containers, filter cartridges or clothes.

Cycles at 121°C with exposure time of 20 minutes and 134 °C with exposure of 5 minutes. F0 calculation based.

Working cycles with customizable recipes:

• HIGH PRESSURE - HIGH VACUUM process for solids, semi-solids and porous loads;• COUNTER PRESSURE AND INDIRECT FAST COOLING by water injection in the jacked for liquids in vented containers; • COUNTER PRESSURE + DIRECT WATER SHOWER FOR RAPID COOLING + SEAL CRACK TEST for liquids in sealed containers (up to 50 ml max capacity).
