starlim is the world’s largest processor of liquid silicone and specializes in the injection molding production of small parts made of silicone using one-component and multi-component technology.     Joint developments from starlim, the world’s largest silicone injection molders, and the renowned Reichle Technologiezentrum have moved to the next level. Technical know-how in the area of silicone injection molding gained by starlim over many years aids innovative adaptations in the area of silicone articles. Femto laser technology employed by Reichle enables the integration of holograms, color effects, textures without depth and particularly high surface qualities in molds.

    A particular highlight is the integrated lenticular image. Different motives become visible on the same surface when the plate is tilted. In addition, the sample plate 3.0 offers numerous 3D structures with hologram surfaces. These innovative features enable the creation of unique hallmarks in silicone components, thus ensuring their authenticity.
