PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

The 16 head Rotary Container Closure Integrity Tester (Post Seal Leak Detector) is used for checking the seal integrity of filled and sealed container. It helps to separate the properly sealed containers from the leaked containers.

 PRINCIPLE OF WORKING

Vacuum Decay Method is used to detect leaks in filled and sealed containers. There must be a headspace gap within the container. The gas in this headspace will leak if the container is not sealed during the application of vacuum. The test vacuum cup enclosed the bottle completely and generate a vacuum as per the free space between cup & bottle covering by the cup. If there is a drop in vacuum after set time that means there is a leak in sealed bottle.
