Yunpeng Pharmaceutical Group is a comprehensive high-tech modern pharmaceutical enterprise integrating drug R&D, production, sales and logistics, with total assets of 2 billion yuan and more than 1,300 employees. The Group holds over 300 drug approval numbers, covering tablets, capsules, granules, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), oral liquids, suspensions, powder for injection and injections. It has built modern production bases and R&D pilot bases centered on chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicines and APIs. Meanwhile, benchmarking industry leaders, the Group has expanded its product line (adding injections, oral liquids and suspensions), extended the industrial chain (constructing new R&D buildings, pilot workshops and EU-compliant formulation workshops), enriched API varieties, developed chemical formulation production, and implemented an integrated strategy of "chemical APIs — chemical pharmaceutical formulations". The Group has established business cooperation with countries including India, the United Kingdom, South Korea, etc., with a global sales network. Currently, Norfloxacin, Indomethacin and Mexiletine Hydrochloride have completed registration in India. Additionally, Indomethacin has been registered in Russia, Mexico, Egypt, South Korea and other regions. In Japan, Mexiletine Hydrochloride and Vitamin U have obtained JDMF review approval, while Vitamin B6 and Nitrofurantoin APIs are exported to Europe. The Group plans to invest 1 billion yuan within five years to build a new intelligent formulation production project with an annual capacity of 10 billion tablets, featuring an EU-standard workshop and an intelligent warehouse, forming a one-stop industrial chain. The project will produce sustained-release, targeted and long-acting new formulations, aiming to join the first tier of the pharmaceutical industry within five years.
