About Us

For 140 years, Dr. Paul Lohmann® has been manufacturing a wide range of high-quality mineral salts for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. These salts can be used either as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) or as excipients in dry or liquid dosage forms, such as vaccines. For bioprocesses, in addition to other trace metals and amino acid salts, we offer iron as a nutrient for upstream processes, as well as various buffers in the form of solid premixes or ready-to-use solutions for downstream processes.
