About Us

Oxford Lasers provides precision laser drilling in pharmaceutical packaging to create positive controls for container closure integrity testing (CCIT). Supporting pharma and testing equipment OEMs to meet EU Annex 1 / USP 1207 deterministic leak testing requirements, we laser drill calibrated micro holes down to 2um over a range of materials: glass, plastics, and metals in syringes, vials, ampoules, blister packs, IV bags & pouches. We provide Certificates of Conformity (optical microscopy or flow effective diameter) allowing you a robust audit trail.
