Chengdu Dorther Pharmaceutical CO., Ltd(Dorher) was established in Mar. 2017, its core Business is process development and industrialization of API and challenging intermediates of generic and innovative drugs. Currently Dorher has 3 sites: Wenjiang Headquarters R&D Center, Deyang Pilot R&D Site, and Yunnan Qujing Commercial Production Site. The company has a R&D center of nearly 5,000 square meters, equipped with 70 sets of fume hoods, high-pressure reactors, 20 sets of 100L high and low-temperature reactors, 4 sets of ultra-low temperature reactors, 1 set of 50L high-temperature reactors, 1 set of 30L high vacuum distillation reactors, capable of achieving various process conditions. The QC laboratory is equipped with 11 sets of Agilent HPLC, 3 sets of GC, 1 set of ELSD, fully automatic moisture analyzers, polarimeters, and other instruments. The commercial production base in Qujing, Yunnan is equipped with 21 sets of reaction kettles ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 liters, including 1 set of 1,000L ultra-low temperature reactors, 1 set of 2,000L high-temperature stainless steel reactors, and a full set of separation and drying equipment. The company's strategic partners include Jincheng Pharmaceutical Group and Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Qionglai Branch., which have abundant production resources and plants that comply with ISO and GMP standards.
