I Holland to host troubleshooting in tablet tooling seminar

Will include sharing information on industry trends and tooling expertise.

I Holland is marking this prestigious year by holding a variety of seminars in both the UK and around the world to provide the highest quality tooling and technical support service. The seminar will include sharing information on industry trends and tooling expertise to both prospective and existing customers.

The solutions-led seminar, held at I Holland’s UK manufacturing facility, has been created specifically for production managers, press operators and those directly involved in tooling maintenance.

Designed to identify and address common problems encountered during modern tablet production, the seminar will tackle elements of punch and die design, tooling specification and aftercare. Together, experts from within the pharmaceutical tooling industries will explore the problems that can arise in production, and troubleshoot how improved maintenance procedures can help businesses to decrease tablet press downtime, maximise quality and optimise production.

The two-day event will include a series of workshops on multi-tip tooling, tablet design and tool polishing in addition to an overview of problem solving with steels, coatings and other innovations.

“Increasingly, tabletting manufacturers are seeking new and innovative ways to troubleshoot common challenges relating to tablet tooling. Our seminars provide an inclusive and interactive environment for prospective and existing customers to discuss a variety of problems and how to overcome these effectively and efficiently,” says Alex Bunting, Marketing Manager, I Holland.
