Therapeutic indications

Levocarnitine Pediatric 30% Oral Solution is indicated for the treatment of primary and secondary carnitine deficiency in children of under 12 years, infants and newborns.
L-carnitine belongs to the substances that act in the body for the smooth progression of normal body functions mainly through metabolism, it has a vitamin-specific effect.
L-carnitine is the only vehicle that uses long chain fatty acids to cross the mitochondrial membrane.
• It controls the transfer of the energy produced in the mitochondria to the cytoplasm, particularly in the skeletal muscle and myocardium.
