New UK mHealth Congress Announced for 2014

MCT-Congress has announced details of its inaugural event dedicated to the business of mobile technology in clinical research. Taking place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, 20–21 March 2014, the one and a half day event will explore the realities of mobile technology in clinical trials, its opportunities and threats, and how the industry can work together to face the challenges and build on the area's potential to benefit businesses and patients.

The expansion of mHealth technologies is changing the way that healthcare is being delivered and offering the capability to provide an unprecedented level of access to health resources worldwide. Many key influencers within the industry are investing their time and expertise into this flagship event, from Medidata to Exco InTouch, ERT to Quintiles and the NHS to FDA. The congress will not only provide delegates with the opportunity to meet and learn from these organisations, but also to develop new partnerships, drive new innovations and ensure they remain at the forefront of what is the future of clinical research.
