Clinical Evaluation of Reptile Gel manufactured by WBCIL: Vasodilation, Temperature Modulation, and Improved Penile Blood Flow

Reptile Gel, a drug-free topical by WBCIL, India, treats ED by promoting vasodilation through a cooling-warming mechanism. A second clinical trial with eight healthy males (aged 35–52) assessed arterial blood flow using Doppler ultrasonography after negative patch tests. Peak Systolic Velocity (PSV) in carotid and posterior tibial arteries increased by an average of 30.3 cm/s, confirming enhanced arterial inflow. Skin temperature showed a biphasic response (cooling then warming), supporting vasodilatory effects. No adverse effects were noted, indicating Reptile Gel’s potential as a safe, non-invasive ED treatment.
