Sterile Facility
Eramol’s new sterile manufacturing facility at its Sevenoaks campus is a purpose-built, EU GMP Annex 1 aligned site designed to support early-phase sterile injectable programmes. The facility features isolator-based aseptic fill-finish and terminal sterilisation, with phase-appropriate batch sizes and a strong focus on sterility assurance and product protection, achieving <1% line losses. Fully integrated with Eramol’s wider services, the facility provides an end-to-end sterile solution including packaging and labelling, QC testing, UK/EU QP release, regulatory support, GMP/GDP storage and global distribution, with planned expansion to support later-stage and commercial manufacturing.
