NovaBiotics Ltd, the Aberdeen-based, clinical-stage biotechnology company has been shortlisted for The Grampian Award for Innovation at the 2014 Grampian Awards for Business Excellence which will be held on the 26th of June at the Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel.

The Grampian Award for Innovation is awarded to an individual or a business that demonstrates innovation at the core of their current or future success. The winner will be able to clearly articulate the innovative steps they have taken and how the resulting products or services have disrupted the current marketplace or have the potential to do so.

Dr Deborah O’Neil said: “The North East is populated with outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses and NovaBiotics is delighted to be recognised for its innovative work by being put through to the final stage of the Awards.”

The 2014 Grampian Awards for Business Excellence, hosted by Enterprise North East Trust, take place each year and commend enterprise by selecting and rewarding entrepreneurial companies and individuals that are capable of leading the future prosperity of Grampian.
