Polpharma API to support Celon Pharma’s ADC development program with payload–linker GMP manufacturing

Polpharma API has been selected by Celon Pharma to support the development and manufacturing of a payload-linker compound for an innovative ADC oncology program. The collaboration combines Celon Pharma’s proprietary therapeutic platform with Polpharma API’s expertise in high-potency manufacturing and GMP-compliant development, highlighting the growing importance of specialized partnerships in advancing next-generation cancer therapies.

Polpharma API has been awarded a GMP payload–linker scale-up and manufacturing project by Celon Pharma in support of Celon Pharma’s ADC development program. The MMAE-based payload–linker will be used to support Phase I clinical trials in solid tumors. This collaboration highlights Polpharma API’s growing role in advanced oncology modalities, combining high-potency manufacturing expertise with a well-established GMP technology platform for complex, high-containment projects. It is also an important step into partnership and further strengthening ADC-related manufacturing capabilities in Poland.
