amita Health care is glad to announce the launch of PHYTODRY MD, a new line of totally natural-derived Botanicals, obtained by vertical farming and hydroponics  techniques and the consequent extraction of ingredients that can be used for medical device applications and cosmetics.

Our new line PHYTODRY MD™ should be considered as the new frontier of ingredients for medical devices, which combines the maximum expression of the tailor-made ingredient with a safety and efficacy profile guaranteed by an all-Italian excellence.
In vertical farming, crops grow on several superimposed levels inside so-called Phytotrons, structures totally isolated from the outside that avoid any contamination and reduce the influences of atmospheric events or the need to use pesticides and herbicides. The substrate is made up of inert material, thus protecting the plant from pollutants and heavy metals, while the administration of water and nutrients is calibrated and optimized by specific algorithms, which also control light, humidity, and temperature of the growth environment. These climatic conditions create an ideal environment for the well-being of the plant and for the concentration of active ingredients.
