Levodopa / Carbidopa / Entacapone is a fixed-dose antiparkinson combination used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Levodopa acts as a dopamine precursor, carbidopa inhibits its peripheral conversion, and entacapone prolongs the therapeutic effect of levodopa by inhibiting COMT-mediated metabolism. The portfolio includes six strength combinations, providing flexible dosing options for patients requiring individualized dopaminergic therapy. Film-coated tablets are available as 50 mg / 12.5 mg / 200 mg, 75 mg / 18.75 mg / 200 mg, 100 mg / 25 mg / 200 mg, 125 mg / 31.25 mg / 200 mg, 150 mg / 37.5 mg / 200 mg and 200 mg / 50 mg / 200 mg, all in packs of 100 tablets.
