Cell Line & Cell Bank Characterization

HYQURE provides cell line and cell bank characterization for production substrates used in biologics, recombinant proteins, antibodies and cell-therapy products. Programs can be configured for Master Cell Banks (MCB), Working Cell Banks (WCB), Research Cell Banks (RCB), EOPC and related cell substrates, with testing scope aligned to cell origin, manufacturing use, development stage and target-market requirements. Capabilities include identity testing by isozymes, CO1, STR and species identification; sterility/bacterial and fungal testing; mycoplasma testing by culture, indicator-cell and qPCR methods; mycobacterium testing; endogenous and exogenous viral-agent testing; in-vitro indicator-cell assays; in-vivo testing where justified; retrovirus testing using infectivity, electron microscopy and reverse-transcriptase methods; species-specific virus testing; and tumorigenicity studies where applicable. HYQURE also supports genetic-stability and molecular characterization pathways, including STR fingerprinting, insertion-sequence verification and NGS-based cell-line analysis, enabling integrated qualification packages for CHO, HEK293/293, Vero, SF9, iPSC/MSC and other relevant cell substrates.
