GMP NGS & Molecular Testing

HYQURE provides GMP-level next-generation sequencing (NGS) and molecular testing across biopharmaceutical R&D and quality control, with end-to-end support from sample preparation through sequencing, bioinformatics and data interpretation. Applications include cell banks, viral vectors, batch-harvest materials, biologics, vaccines, cell & gene therapies and selected RNA-based therapeutics. For viral vectors such as AAV, lentivirus and oncolytic viruses, NGS can support broad exogenous-virus screening, plasmid screening, genetic characterization and vector-batch assessment. For CAR-T, CAR-NK and iPSC programs, GMP-grade NGS supports product and cell-substrate quality assessment. Cell-line workflows can include whole-genome analysis, STR fingerprinting, insertion validation and genetic-stability evaluation. Vaccine and recombinant-protein programs can also be supported with sequencing-based characterization and safety testing. HYQURE combines NGS with its broader molecular platform, including viral-contaminant qPCR panels, rapid mycoplasma NAT and residual DNA/RNA quantification, allowing programs to integrate orthogonal molecular methods with conventional biosafety testing and quality-controlled reporting.
