Product Description

IWR-1-endo is an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway that acts via inhibition of tankyrases and stabilization of axin. It has been used to maintain proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells, promote pluripotency of human embryonic stem cells, and induce differentiation of progenitor cells. GMP IWR-1-endo Ancillary Material is intended for use in cell, gene, and tissue engineering applications.This product has been manufactured and tested in accordance with GMP principles set forth by the ICH and FDA and meets the expectations for commercial cell, gene, and tissue-engineered products in accordance with USP <1043> “Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene, and Tissue-engineered Products”.
