Product Description

With CombiSys, different packaging materials can be processed on a single platform – with an output of up to 30,000 items per hour and 100% in-process control (IPC). The central principle is Zero Reject: maximising product yield is crucial, especially for high-value or ethically sensitive products. By consistently integrating Zero Reject, you increase operational efficiency and avoid unnecessary product losses.

The modular design and standardised components reduce engineering and manufacturing lead times, making the system available more quickly. A standardised operating principle for all work stations significantly simplifies format changes and maintenance. With just a few format parts, the changeover to other packaging materials is particularly fast and user-friendly. RTU syringes, vials and cartridges are processed in the nest as well as packaging in bulk.
