Product Description

The pre-sterilised RTU packaging materials are packaged by the manufacturer in single or double bags and fed to the production line. The bag opening process can be carried out manually or automatically and in combination with no-touch transfer (NTT), e-beam or H²O² tunnel technologies.

The lid and protective liner is automatically removed from the tub by a reproducible and particle-reduced process using a robot.

In the filling machine, the nested objects are filled and closed fully automatically. For processing vials, the objects must be denested with a handling machine, a crimp cap placed on top and crimped.

As an option, the objects can be checked by a camera system and rejected objects can be removed fully automatically.
