    The chemical structure of Polynucleotides with HPT™ is highly hydrophilic, capable of interacting and bind H2O molucules through hydrogen bonding. Therefore, PN HPT™ bind a large amount of water and re-organize their structure by orienting and coordinating H2O molecules to form a 3-D gel
