Positive Organizations calculates your corporate carbon footprint, a greenhouse gas inventory covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and material Scope 3 categories, and then turns it into a reduction plan.


At least 55 percent of pharmaceutical emissions sit in Scope 3, and manufacturing accounts for the majority of that, which is why large pharma buyers now ask CDMOs and API suppliers for verified, activity-based data rather than spend-based estimates.


The inventory follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and ISO 14064-1, with optional ISO 14064-1 reporting for verification, and feeds directly into CDP, ESRS E1 and customer questionnaires.


We then run hotspot analysis, set science-based targets aligned to SBTi, draft the decarbonization roadmap with KPIs, and carry out on-site energy audits to identify concrete efficiency measures.
