Highly compact, side-loading case packer for individual or bundled cartons, the CP18 is one of the most space efficient solutions for customers who need to limit the overall footprint of equipment at the end of the line.

Suitable to pack individual or bundled cartons into pre-glued RSC cases, the CP18 is the ideal solution to handle any kind of products such as pharmaceutical and cosmetic cartons, confectionery items or food and beverage packages.

All the parts of the machines can be reached from the operator side without having to walk to the opposite side to reach the carton stacking unit.

The cantilever design on both sides of the machine ensures great accessibility and easy cleaning.
The case is positively erected and held in position on two sides during the product loading operation. The case is then delivered to the closing station by a set of driven lugs to keep the case square,

On machine discharge it is possible to install an overturning device to turn cases towards operator or opposite operator side.
The same system can be used to reject faulty cases.

The size changeover can be carried out without using tools in about 10 minutes
Adjustments are limited and can all be carried out by means of digital indicators or reference scales.

The machine can be supplied as stand-alone or integrated with palletizers.
