In addition for browsing and predicting configurations, tailored configuration buckets of our 3D microgravity simulator and legacy machines and combination of configurations with expected pathway changes can be delivered to interested clients. For example, given a client’s need - whether it is upregulation of certain markers - or to potentially enhance or decrease a drug effect in a practically non invasive way, these configurations and relevant pathway interaction map can be delivered. Master categories are available for the following species: Human Other mammal Other vertebrate Other invertebrate Algae Plants Mushroom (myc / fruit body) Bacteria Saccharomyces type yeast Non-saccharomyces type yeast 28.000+ configuration insights available. Depth of control: each configuration can be traced back to pathway and single genes involved. Each configuration with pathway/gene change has information about directionality and extent. Configurations can be mixed and iterated to potentially additive or neutralizing effects. This makes the platform a very interesting, non-invasive companion tool for drug/compound screening assays with different 3D trajectories of the instrument.
