This vaccine candidate consists of a vial of powder (Hib conjugate vaccine) and a prefilled syringe of suspension (DTaP-IPV).The powder is a white, porous solid containing Haemophilus influenzae type b polysaccharide conjugated to tetanus toxoid.The suspension is an adsorbed combined vaccine containing diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, three pertussis antigens (pertussis toxoid, filamentous hemagglutinin, and pertactin), and inactivated poliovirus types I, II, III (Sabin strain) on aluminum hydroxide. When shaken, it forms a uniform suspension free of clots or non‑dispersible foreign matter.
