    • Touchscreen controller with integrated software for monitoring flow, pressure and TMP, with alarms and data logging included
    Typical Applications Suitable for lab scale TFF cell retention, seed train intensification, small scale perfusion, process development, filter performance studies and upstream intensification research.
    Control and Automation
    The system offers two pump operating modes. Flow setpoint mode maintains a defined flow rate by adjusting pump speed automatically, while speed setpoint mode holds a constant RPM and is mainly used for priming.

    Data logging is handled via USB, with configurable logging intervals and file size, and files can be exported in CSV format. The system also supports screenshot capture for documentation and troubleshooting, and it can record user and system interactions when this function is enabled

    A fully Enclosed Single Use filtration skid system, with the Single Use assembly and filters fully enclosed due to the HIGH POTENCY nature of final drug-filling process. The fluid product path to the filling line comprised Peristaltic pumps, filters, pressure sensors, tubing and other Single Use components – all assembled to form a single-use assembly set.
