DMT-2′-O-Me-rU-CE-Phosphoramidite is a high-purity RNA phosphoramidite monomer designed for the solid-phase synthesis of 2′-O-methyl-modified uridine residues in oligonucleotides. It features a 5′-DMT protecting group and cyanoethyl (CE) phosphate protection, delivering high coupling efficiency, excellent stability, and consistent performance in automated oligonucleotide synthesizers. This product is widely used in the manufacture of siRNA, antisense oligonucleotides (ASO), modified mRNA, CRISPR gRNA, and RNA vaccine constructs.
