Product Description

Gabapral® is a probiotic food supplement specifically developed to support children with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Recurrent Abdominal Pain (RAP), helping improve abdominal pain and overall IBS-related symptoms.

It contains Bifidobacterium adolescentis PRL2019, a highly characterized probiotic strain able to produce gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the gut. Through this distinctive mechanism, PRL2019 can modulate visceral hypersensitivity along the brain–gut axis.

PRL2019 has been clinically studied in children with IBS, showing significant improvements in abdominal pain, overall IBS symptoms and quality of life. The oil-based drop formulation is designed for easy administration in younger children and provides 10 billion live cells in 10 drops.
