Specifically designed for R&D applications, the laboratory high-shear mixer P 1-6 ensures reliable and optimal homogeneous product results for dry mixes and wet granulation, hot melt granulation and pelletizing. The inner bowl is equipped with a powerful mixing tool with the peripheral speed to match the container size. The chopper can be used in a controlled manner speed regulation to even out the grain size. This creates an excellent API distribution within the shortest process times. Product residues are almost impossible thanks to the advantageous bowl geometry.The tool-free handling of the interchangeable containers in the various sizes 0.25l - 6 liters ensures easy scale-up.
