Mixing, granulating and drying under vacuum

The main feature of the robust P / VAC-10 laboratory processor is its flexibility!The mobile unit combines two process solutions smartly for individual laboratory applications. The concept enables mixing / granulating and optionally drying in a vacuum process.

The powerful mixing tool with power control ensures gentle and controlled homogenization with relatively short process times and a high product yield. For granulation, the binder liquid is sprayed in via one or two-fluid nozzles. Binder liquids on an aqueous and solvent basis can be used. Various containment solutions are available for processing highly active substances.

Mixing units from 0.25 L to 10 L cover a wide range of batch sizes for future scale-up. The portfolio also includes mixing / drying units in 2 L, 6 L and 10 L execution.
