Liposomal DOxorubicine inj

Liposomal doxorubicin is doxorubicin contained in tiny spheres called pegylated liposomes. These spheres keep the doxorubicin in the bloodstream longer, so that more of the drug reaches the cancer cells. Indication: i) As monotherapy for patients with metastatic breast cancer, where there is an increased cardiac risk. II) For treatment of advanced ovarian cancer in women who have failed a first-line platinum-based chemotherapy regimen.
