Novel hyaluronidase exhibiting enhanced properties - higher tolerance to thermal stress, specific activity and productivity and lower immunogenicity. Indications in dermatology, ophthalmology, pain management and plastic surgery. Tergase® is a substantially better alternative to animal-derived hyaluronidase with extremely high purity of 99% and no risk of animal disease transmission. Pivotal trial was successfully completed in Korea, with launch scheduled in 2023, followed by a subsequent global launch. No ADA were observed in the pivotal clinical trial.
