Product Description

Protolis was entrusted with producing two complementary enclosures — one plastic and one metal — for a large, high-precision medical-grade device. The plastic housing was CNC-machined and constructed from multiple bonded sections. The metal enclosure was fabricated from sheet metal, with both components designed to fit together perfectly in final assembly.

The project presented multiple challenges: complex geometry, varying wall thicknesses, undercuts, and strict alignment requirements for several threaded inserts. A thin wall near the display interface required special care to avoid deformation. In addition, a CNC mirror-polished logo was securely integrated, combining durability with a premium finish.
