Product Description

Pre-validation and automation begin in the factory twin, where the line is built, run and proven in software before equipment reaches the site. Layout, material flow, recipes and interlocks are exercised against the same logic that will run in production, so commissioning becomes confirmation rather than discovery. Changes are tried in the twin first, which keeps qualification effort and rework off the critical path. The plant starts up the way it was already validated.
