Meissner’s automation solutions help biopharmaceutical manufacturers enhance process consistency by reducing operator variability, improving repeatability, and streamlining execution across critical single-use workflows. The automated systems are designed to reduce risk in manufacturing operations for applications such as pre-use post-sterilization integrity testing (PUPSIT) and aliquoting (filling). Meissner’s Automated Filtration System (AFS) and Automated Aliquoting System (AAS) support the contamination control objectives central to today’s EU GMP Annex 1 expectations while enabling greater operational control, data integrity, and process reliability.
