  • Mounting of glass components on a stainless-steel scaffolding.
  • Scaffolding: 304L stainless steel
  • Scaffolding fasteners: 321 alloy steel
  • Glass condensers, systems for distilling and changing solvent, systems for distillation and rectification can be installed.
  • Area of glass heat exchangers is from 0.3 to 3.75 m2. It is possible to combine several heat exchangers to increase the heat exchange surface area
  • It is possible to create several temperature circuits: connecting the main condenser to the cooled water, and the after-cooler to the low-temperature line
  • Materials in contact with the product: enamel, borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, PFA, FFKM, tantalum (pressure gauge). Certificates for material composition are provided
  • Different set of shut-off, safety and control valves can be installed
  • Different level of the unit is possible, as well as recording and storage of data.
  • Explosion-proof design of electrical components (explosion-proof shell (d) and intrinsically safe circuit (i)).
