Product Description

SYFPAC® LVP is Brevetti Angela machine for aseptic filling of Large Volume Parenterals with the Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology.It is designed for the production of plastic containers from 50ml to 1000ml, and up to 2500ml for special applications. Starting from the polymer granule, the container is formed, filled and sealed inside the machine in aseptic conditions, under grade A even if the machine is placed in grade C/D environment.With BFS technology primary packaging gets simplified, as the entire cycle is carried out inside one machine only and in a few seconds, with very limited or no human intervention.
LVP is suitable for packaging bottles of saline solutions, sodium chloride, glucose, contact lenses liquid, eye wash...
