Product Description

TAU40 creates thermoformed trays for the secure containment and protection of pre-filled or ready-to-use pharmaceutical components. 

Featuring servo-driven forming, sealing and cutting stations, it ensures precise operation and repeatability. 

The available forming area (up to 300 × 150 mm) and depth (up to 40 mm) allow for flexible layout design and customization based on the product shape and packaging needs. 

The machine can be equipped with customized automatic feeding systems, tailored to the characteristics of the product to be placed inside the tray — such as vials, syringes or medical devices.
